With over 12 years of experience, Victoria and her team blend hands-on design and craftsmanship with creative leadership to deliver immersive, thoughtful experiences across diverse industries.

Starting out with a First in Design for Performance from University of the Arts London, Victoria’s journey has spanned visual merchandising, prop making, styling, floristry, and ultimately leading creative direction and production for some of the UK’s top event agencies as well as working direct with some clients. Along the way, she’s worked with global brands on everything from large to small-scale events to advertising campaigns—both still and moving image to music videos and editorial.

Victoria and her teams approach is deeply grounded in experience, giving her a rare, full-circle understanding of the creative process.

Victoria has worked on campaigns from conceptualisation through to install, for a multitude of global brands including Adidas, Amazon, Bagatelle, Barclays Women’s Super League, Boodles, Dr Martens, Google, Merrell, Nike, Puma, Saucony, Sky, Spotify, and Verve Clicquot.
