With over 12 years in the events and advertising industries, Victoria Thomas-Wood brings a rare fusion of hands-on making, high-level creative direction, and a deep understanding of every layer of event design.
After graduating with a First in Design for Performance from the University of the Arts London, Victoria began her career in visual merchandising before moving into prop making, then subsequently styling, floristry, and eventually creative producing and designing for some of the UK’s leading event agencies. Alongside her work on large-scale events, her design sensibility and creative execution caught the attention of major brands, leading to her working with global brands who she went on to working with on advertising campaigns; both stills and moving image.
Because Victoria doesn’t just lead a team — she’s done the work herself, at every level. That means she brings a holistic, end-to-end understanding of the creative process that most agencies simply don’t have.
Visual merchandising sharpened her eye for detail and spatial storytelling.
Prop making gave her a deep understanding of materials, fabrication, and the build process.
Styling and dressing taught her how to think three-dimensionally — translating concepts into moments that feel as good as they look.
Floristry, now done entirely in-house, allows for full creative control and cost efficiency.
Agency experience as a creative producer then creative director and designer equipped her to manage large and small-scale events with confidence, precision, and style.
Above all, Victoria has built lasting relationships with the best in the industry — meaning she brings together expert teams of specialists who she knows and trusts, ensuring every event is executed at the highest standard.
